How the refrigeration dryer works:
Compressed air enters the dryer and goes to an air-to-air heat exchanger. Here, cold air pre-cools the hot air outlet. Refrigerant gas also enters the condenser after being compressed by the compressor dryer, due to the design of the condenser as well as the inclusion of a fan on the electric motor mounted on that refrigerant gas liquefied The refrigerant is then collected in a receiver and then enters the hair tube. The refrigerant is converted to gas due to the change of surface again and then enters the evaporator and the heating process takes place in the evaporator due to the decrease in compressed air temperature. Condensation takes place and the moisture separated from the air enters the water separator in the form of water droplets and leaves the refrigeration dryer.
